Returns
At BuyGood, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The product must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products due to misuse
- Personal care or hygiene products (if opened/used)
- Items without original packaging
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
After your return is received and approved:
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- The amount will be credited to your original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
- Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
Return Shipping
- For damaged or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by us
- For other cases, return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
